Short description: Companies need a tool that ensures up-to-date tracking of maintenance and inspections, as current Excel-based processes often lead to missed tasks, incomplete documentation, and data chaos.

Project description:

Companies often own operational equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.) that employees use daily. This equipment must be maintained and inspected at specific intervals. Companies are frequently subject to unannounced inspections by workplace equipment inspectors. In such cases, they must be able to provide proof of compliant inspections in a short amount of time. Currently, maintenance and inspections of operational equipment are often recorded in Excel spreadsheets. However, employees are not automatically notified based on these Excel files, leading to necessary maintenance and inspections being forgotten. It also happens that employees fail to document completed maintenance or inspections in the Excel files, resulting in data chaos. Managers are seeking a tool that always provides an up-to-date status at a glance.
