Short description: A documentary about scottish folklore

Project description:

Animations for the documentary "Eldritch Tales of Scotland". The documentary explores the creation of Scotland and its mythological connection to the gaelic goddess Beira. It analysis how Scotland and its weather conditions came to be and what role the goddess plays. Scottish storytellers tell their renditions of the history of Beira, one of Scotland's most known mythological figures that heavily influences the storytelling community in Scotland. The animations show Beira and her history in a three dimensional retelling, underlining the told story with visual storytelling. The documentary follows a film team, that embarks on the journey to find the true story of the creation of Scotland, sent on that mission by Beira herself, that appears before them and berates their scientific approach.
