Short description: Superwise makes finding the perfect thesis supervisor easier, faster, and smarter for universities and students alike.

Project description:

At university, matching students with thesis supervisors is often slow, inefficient, and frustrating. Students lack visibility into supervisors and research topics. Supervisors are overwhelmed by mismatched requests. Administrators rely on outdated systems like emails and spreadsheets, leading to delays and poor experiences. Our objective was to develop a centralized, user-friendly platform to improve transparency, speed up the matching process, and reduce administrative overhead, working seamlessly across mobile and desktop. To tackle this, we built SuperWise, a Progressive Web App that delivers a faster, more transparent, and user-friendly experience: - Students quickly discover and connect with supervisors aligned with their research interests - Supervisors manage applications efficiently without being overwhelmed - Administrators oversee the matching process with minimal effort
