Short description: Create an escape room task for the FH in Tulln

Project description:

Our project idea revolves around an escape room in the industry lab of the FH Tulln (it has multiple stations (3D print, robotic arm, lazercutter, drill). The main goal is to create an educational entertainment for small groups (4-7 people) of students (14-25 yo) in the spirit of an escape room. It will be located in one FH lab, composed of several workshops (like laser cutter, 3D printer and robotic arm). Our part is to design the tasks involving a robotic arm. These tasks will involve a simple controller, a maze and a pen that will write a message. We need to come up with ideas of development , design, as well as the programming of the robot to complete our goal. The students will have in total 1 hour to complete the entire escape room, so our robotic arm workshop (with main tasks and small sub-tasks) should be doable in 20 minutes. The goal is to create something quite challenging, yet doable in this short period of time.
