Short description: An interactive experience showcasing bizarre but real illegal practices at EU borders.

Project description:

For our Booth in the Vernissage we want to shed light on different Topics we are covering in our Bachelor Projects connected to international social work and human rights. These Topics fall under three clusters: Migration, Reproductive & Women*’s Rights and Eco-social aspects. We aim to create an interactive experience by simulating EU border control scenarios to highlight the injustices of pushbacks and guide participants to our booth, where they can explore topics related to international social work and human rights. In order to campaign our booth we aim to create an interactive experience by simulating EU-control scenarios. Examples for these scnearios could be handing out pushback or entrance tickets, asking bizarre questions, profiling based on atypical criteria such as wearing a hat, etc.
