Short description: Smart Factory

Project description:

The goal of the project is to develop a concept for a model representing the “future of production”. New technologies emerging in the industrial production should be presented in an interactive installation. It will be started defining the ideas of the industrial future workplace and realize this concept in a streamlined functional production model. New emerging technologies are implemented and they are: an identification system (QR Code), live data (status of machines), automatization (AGV’s and robotic arms), a modular system (switch machines to different stations according to the production line) and Vision system (AR tag tracking system of the material). A light system will be installed in the interactive Smart factory model. When you switch on one of the lights, this will be illuminated the different areas of the factory, simulation of the routes of the AGV's and the status of the machines, etc. in order to communicate all in a visual way what is happening on the factory.
